Happy Friday! My brain has been in overdrive this week so I’ve been intentionally keeping everything on my blog light and bright. I thought it would be fun to close out the week with a few faves from around town.
OPI Coca Cola Red Nail Polish: This is hands-down my favorite red nail polish and I discovered it just in time for Valentine’s Day. I even feel like I can see a little bit of spring when I look down at my hands! And, don’t forget if you’re a Lake Forest/Lake Bluff local that one of the best places to get your nails done is at S Nails & Spa in the shopping center right near Kuro Bistro on North Western Avenue. This Lake Forest salon is impeccably clean and staffed with the nicest staff. On Mondays and Tuesdays, they offer a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure for $55. It’s the best deal around!
lululemon’s Everlux Tank: My exercise goal for 2020 is going well (yay!!) and I think it’s helped that I’ve invested in a few new workout pieces. lululemon just came out with a new line in their wicking, Everlux™ fabric that is ideal for training. The fit is intended to be tight and hold you in all of the right places, while the fabric is smooth and cool and dries like magic. And the styling is super cute. There’s enough coverage to comfortably wear this without something over it, at least that’s the goal. This top is definitely worth trying if you’d like to up your game while still putting in a serious workout. I found that it runs true to size (I’m a size 6 up top), but visit your local lululemon store if you have questions. They will help you figure out what size is best.
Talbot’s Button Back Heart Sweater: There’s a heart on this sweater and Valentine’s Day is next week. Enough said.
