In the first picture above from last October (before our house was painted…I still can’t get over how much better it looks all white!), you can see one of my absolute favorite pairs, these bright red tall boots from Hunter. I wear them in the rain and snow and with the right socks, they are surprisingly warm and look cute with everything.
And finally, if you want to start bracing yourself for snow, I’m in love with these Cole Haan Grand Explorer Shearling Boots. I had a very similar pair last winter from Sam Hubbard but I can’t find them any more. These are pretty close.
